Where a dispute cannot be resolved that way, either party may pursue the remedies available to it under applicable law. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and nothing here removes that right.

Note that we cannot resolve disputes between you and a casino. We hold no funds, have no authority over any operator and cannot recover a confiscated balance. Those disputes go to the operator's licensing authority.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full force.

Entire Agreement
